Let $\mathcal{G}_{n,p,q}$ denote the set of strongly connected bipartite digraphs on $n$ vertices which contain a complete bipartite subdigraph $\overleftrightarrow{K_{p,q}}$, where $p, q, n$ are positive integers and $p+q \leq n$.
