We describe a homotopy-theoretic approach to the moduli of $\Pi$-algebras of
Blanc-Dwyer-Goerss using the $\infty$-category $P_{\Sigma}(Sph)$ of
product-preserving presheaves on finite-wedges of positive-dimensional spheres,
