2021 年度雨果奖首次包含了游戏奖项

世界科幻协会公布了 2021 年度的雨果奖，首次包含了游戏奖项，去年囊括各大游戏奖项的《Hades》赢得了最佳游戏奖。雨果奖特设游戏类别是因为疫情让人们花了大量时间去玩游戏，这个奖项将让粉丝有机会选出过去一年富有意义、令人愉快和非同寻常的游戏。 最佳长篇小说：Martha Wells 的《Network Effect》，为《Murderbot Diaries》系列的第五部；
最佳中长篇小说：Nghi Vo 的《The Empress of Salt and Fortune》；
最佳中短篇小说：Sarah Pinsker 的《Two Truths and a Lie》；
最佳短篇小说：AT. Kingfisher 的《Metal Like Blood in the Dark》：
最佳系列小说：Martha Wells 的《Murderbot Diaries》系列；
最佳科幻电视：《The Good Place》之《Whenever You’re Ready》；
最佳科幻电影：Netflix / Skydance Media 出品的《The Old Guard》。
