Advances on the controllability of bilinear quantum systems on compact graphs. (arXiv:1809.06249v1 [math-ph])

In this work, we consider the bilinear Schr\"odinger equation on compact
graphs. We study new hypotheses leading to the global exact controllability of
the equation in suitable Sobolev's spaces. Afterwards, we introduce the
"energetic controllability", a weaker notion of controllability useful when the
global exact controllability fails. We provide examples of the main results
